- Experience supporting K-3rd grade students, especially in a self-contained classroom

Your Role Will Include
- Leading a self-contained classroom with an average caseload of 10 K-3 students, all identified with autism
- Designing and delivering adaptive curriculum tailored to individual IEP goals and learning styles
- Collaborating closely with two supportive paraprofessionals to maximize instructional and behavioral support
- Assessing student progress, adjusting instructional strategies, and maintaining thorough records
- Engaging with families and other professionals to foster a positive, growth-centered environment for every student
